Hallo everyone.First of all I bally happy that I have completed my goodreads challenge for this year (100 books read in this year 2015).I do not remember where and with which book I started, but hey who doesn't love happy endings. So,till this time the thought of writing a book review did not come to my mind at all.Now that I can tell I've had a considerable knowledge,I thought why not take the bait. Before I start, let me tell you something. Books and movies can never be compared.I'd like to smack anyone who tells movies are always better than books. It is like comparing premium level cars and budget ones on the basis of the fact that both of them have wheels.I have not rode a premium car till date but I can definitely assure you I know how it feels to be in one. When in life will you know how it feels to save your vice President at the time you've lost your girlfriend or what a visually challenged girl undergoes when she gets struck with a valuable diamond in a new place without her father at the time of WW-II.The only way to experience these is to read a book.Books are the cheapest vacation you can take, like ever. What is the use of a thought if it is not shared or are all the thoughts shareworthy..?.For ex.The girl whose ass you've been checking out turns out to be the one whom you know as the girl sitting right next to you at workplace. Now,will you go to her and tell."Hey there ,you make me feel like it would've been wonderful if I had born in ancient times, when it was quite easy to ride an ass.".You'd rather keep this thought to yourself. The point here is that whatever I write here or thinking to write while I am writing are all my views and thoughts and should not be taken too personal.of course, you are free to criticize whatever you feel like.I'd be updating mostly on books and movies with occasional surprises (Who doesn't like surprises?!?).So,I welcome you to my world, created by a collision of words.

#PuliReview:- What is a Fantasy ?,of course all of us would have had one.But the point here is if we get to choose between the fantasy and the same happening in reality, which one would we prefer..?Our director has tried very hard to answer this question but is letdown by a weak screenplay and very old story. But hey, what more can you expect from a fantasy story,Kingdom check, evil someone inside the kingdom check, good everyone outside the kingdom check And a savior along with regular fantasy elements. The costumes and locations were acceptable, but none of the animals wore any dresses,is that bad or what? Even though the initial scenes were a bit slow(c'mon guys, give our man sometime to improvise),the story picks up after hero and his sidekicks start on the journey to villain's bad ass land.We get a few jumbled clues and the interval scene is just good. But the puli fight was a bit over the top(for the Puli and the audience). But look at it like this,Maybe it was the one scene given to Hansika to display her maximum potential(in acting indeed).Be blessed guys, the movie's name is Puli and hence the fight with it,what would have happened if the movie was named நீர்யானை or காண்டாமிருகம்.Post interval the movie is good vs evil clash. We have a magic potion that helps our hero the get the power of villains for a few mins, which doesn't justify people jumping here and there.Next time these guys need to have wings which will help them to fly(as though the VFX team has very less work). We have a nice little twist towards the end(little as in the importance of sports in my school).Kudos to the VFX team and the director for assembling the star-studded cast, but the dialogues with political innuendos in the second half could have been avoided(we like to hear them only once in 5 years, not always).Congrats to Vijay for choosing the script(read genre) even after seeing how much we supported Aayirathil oruvan and Irandam ulagam.Overall it is a good movie which can be watched once with family.children will surely love it.It is not wrong to become children once in a while,is it..?

Ola Guys..,Today I am here with the review of Kick-II.This movie has Raviteja,Rakul Preet
Singh,Brahmanandam and many others in roles which are very crucial to the plot.Oh no,am I starting sound like the wannabe critics who have sprouted all over only because of "INTERNET" ?.
You might think there are so many suppressing, depressing, oppressing issues we/society(as though it matters) is facing right now and your first(actual) blog post is a movie review ? Are you so much creatively depraved ? you think a having a internet connection and a blog makes you a film critic ? But the answer is that reviewing(read criticizing) anything comes quite naturally to us.In order to become a movie reviewer you need not have any degree or qualification whatsoever and there is absolutely no necessary to know the technological finesse that is associated with every movie(reminds me of a latest incident where a celebrity turned red faced towards reviewers,OKK I'll stop there). The only requirement is that you should have watched the movie, which brings me to the task at hand.Going to a telugu movie is like visiting a Andra mess hotel in any neighborhood. You know exactly what you are going to eat and give a damn about other things like price/hygiene.No one bothers if the waiters are speaking telugu(subtitles in movie).Ofcourse we like things to be extra hot & spicy occasionally, don't we.This movie is the sequel of KICK(remade as தில்லாலங்கடி in tamil and with same name in Hindi) which came sometime in 2009.The cast has been retained for the major part(which remains same in almost all telugu movies). This time our hero wants his "Comfort" in everything. He comes from Amrica to sell his father's land and make some money(Anti-Sivaji of sorts).meanwhile there is a village called vilaspur in which villan(Ravi kishan with blue eyes and loudspeaker voice) tortures the people bla bla bla(a la-Kuruvi).In a nutshell this movie is how our hero saves the village(people included, where else do you think the poor people will go) and eliminates the துஷ்டசக்திகள் with the help of heroine(Rakul Preet Singh). This movie follows the standard template of "MAKING THINGS FLY IN INDIA".Everything from villans, cars, bikes, autos and even birds fly(mind it).Brahmanandam provides the necessary laughs in first half but when the story moves to village after interval comedy seems to be missing, this despite having a few comedians(read Sanjay Mishra and Rajpal Yadav). The scenes where the villagers try to make Robin(Ravi teja) comfortable are good. The movie ends with a final face-off between hero and villan. Also we have a mandatory item-song from an unknown North indian actress just before climax).Music by thaman is okay-ish.No comments on other departments. In the end we have a good commercial movie which makes me to like and envy the native audience of this movie. How a simple movie qualifies as entertainment,But maybe I'm wrong and we fail to appreciate the simple things in our day to day life thinking they are not worth it.

வணக்கம் Everyone. This is my first attempt at writing(pardon me for the mistakes).I have personally known many of my friends maintaining a blog(don't ask me if it is good enough) and many a times it gave me a mischievous laugh when i thought about what those people will write(what will others think of the idea).I have even told the same to them,"நாமலாம் எழுதுனா எவன் படிப்பான்"(Meaning-who will read if you(or me for that matter) writes?).But even at that time,I had no idea of writing.I am your average joe and put things off for a long time and am bad at describing myself (which
is more obvious when you know how long I took to answer this). It would be like telling chetan bhagat is the best author India has ever had,if I tell this blog is entirely a work of fiction.Even reality becomes interesting when we see it with a grain of fiction.I am sinceriously sorry if you have been mislead by the name.I welcome you aboard to join me in my train of thoughts(or flight of thoughts, assuming the speed in which they appear and disappear leaving a trail of smoke behind).
